Basic Yoga. A gentle class at the beginner level, introducing the fundamentals of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on elementary techniques, alignment and creating a foundation on which to build your practice.

Level I. Introducing more principles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga through meditation, the Asanas (postures) and various Pranayama (breathing) techniques.

Level II. Delving deeper into more intermediate and advanced Asanas (including inversions and backbends) and Pranayama techniques.

Yin Yoga(All Levels). Slowly winding down during the evening hours through deep relaxation, deep stretching and meditation, resulting in relief of stress and improved quality of sleep.

Healing Yoga(All Levels). Energizing and waking up in the morning hours using invigorating stretches and Qi Gong techniques, tapping into the seven Chakra energy points, and opening Meridian lines. Improving your healing system by alleviating back and shoulder pain, relieving headaches, and helping to regulate Diabetic blood sugar levels.

Warm Vinyasa (Levels I & up). A Vinyasa flow class with the room temperature set at approximately 80°F - 85°F, to open the skin pores, heat and warm the muscles, cleanse the deeper layers and to help detoxify the whole person – from the inside out. Warm Vinyasa is a safer and more natural environment for Yoga than Hot Yoga classes, as there is less stress on the heart and one can comfortably practice for a longer period of time.

Prenatal Yoga(recommended starting 2nd trimester)NO LONGER AVAILABLE Preparing the expectant mother for labor and birth by strengthening the legs and hips and improving balance. Using gentle breathing techniques and guided meditation to find a deeper relaxation and connection with her baby.

Kids Yoga(Ages 4-8). NO LONGER AVAILABLE Through interactive games, animal poses, basic stretching and strengthening, simple breathing techniques and imagination exploration, children will find a release of creative energy in a fun, safe environment, increasing focus, concentration, listening skills, relaxation, respect for the self and respect for others.

Tai-Chi. Sometimes described as "meditation in motion", Tai-Chi is a defined series of postures or movements performed in a slow and gradual manner. It is a non-competitive, healing martial art that improves flexibility, strength and balance through gentle movements. This practice is also helpful for those who suffer from arthritis, knee injuries, back pain and stress-related problems.
