Yoga I:

For beginning students to learn correct alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures.

 

Yoga I/II:

For students who have attended Yoga I classes and are ready for a more advanced beginning class. The basic postures are presented in more challenging ways with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga.

 

Yoga II:

Designed to take students to the intermediate level. Further strength, stamina, and flexibility will be required as more advanced postures and sequences are introduced.

 

Gentle Yoga:

A gentle class that combines yoga poses, breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. Beginners, seniors, and first-time students welcome.

 

Qi-Gong Yoga
Qigong yoga combines movement, meditation and Chakra breathing to increase the flow of vital ¡®Qi¡¯ energy in the body, improve blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.
