in more challenging ways with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga.

Designed to take students to the intermediate
level. Further strength, stamina, and flexibility will be required as more advanced
postures and sequences are introduced.

Gentle Yoga: |
A gentle class that combines yoga poses,
breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move
at a slower pace. Beginners, seniors, and first-time students welcome.

Qi-Gong Yoga |
Qigong yoga combines movement, meditation and
Chakra breathing to increase the flow of vital ¡®Qi¡¯ energy in the body, improve
blood circulation and strengthen the immune system. |
