A Vinyasa flow class with the room temperature set at approximately 80°F – 85°F, going through series of flowing sequence... Your body begins to open, create heat, warm the muscles, cleanse and strengthen the body, mind and spirit as a whole – from the inside out.

With the room temperature set at approximately 80°F – 85°F, you go through series of flowing sequence in Warm Vinyasa. From skin (most superficial layer) to muscles and bones (deepest part), your body begins to open, create heat, warm the muscles, cleanse and strengthen the body, mind and spirit as a whole – from the inside out. Warm Vinyasa is a safer and more natural environment for Yoga practice than Hot Yoga classes, as there is less stress on the heart and one can comfortably practice for a longer period of time.
